Lead our team of Technicians as a Maintenance Supervisor on 3rd Shift!

Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment used to bake and package high-quality bread and rolls. High School Diploma or GED (required)2+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)4+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experienceIndustrial maintenance background strongly preferredOther Skills and Abilities:

Operates forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, and mobile cartsComfortable working at heightsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeWorks well independently and within a teamKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Effective email and written communication skillsAdditional Knowledge and Abilities:

Working knowledge of building codes and electrical wiringAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsUnderstanding of materials, tools, and industrial systemsFamiliarity with machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocolsOther Requirements:
