Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate 3 and 5 axis milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications using a variety of
• measurement tools
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
Required Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree, military training or certification in machining or a
• related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating 3 and 5 axis milling machines
• Experience with tight tolerances and precision parts
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Experience with metrology/measuring tools
• Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desired Experience
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Tool Grinding
• Experience with Swiss style lathes
• Experience with advanced metrology equipment such as CMMs
• Experience with NPI
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and working with machinery
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
