Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and assembly electric actuators, resilient and high-performance valves, and pressure safety valves.
Manage customer returns & repairs, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure all work aligns with safety and environmental compliance standards.
Test and calibrate pressure safety valves and control valves
Conduct process valve troubleshooting, repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance.
Perform comprehensive testing procedures, analyze test data, and simulate test results.
Read, analyze, and interpret test procedures and valve specifications to ensure proper function.
Research and evaluate potential solutions for prototypes based on valve specifications.
