Job Title: R&D Engineer

Location: Warren, MI

Note: Need candidates with PhD only. 2 – 3 years’ experience will work.

Job Description:

Work with R&D group members to develop and integrate root-causing algorithms and software programs.
Develop user interface.
Integrate vehicle demo.
Write technical documents.
Strong understanding of software development & integration methodologies, processes, and tools.
Good knowledge of ML & AI algorithms and their deployment using Python.
Good knowledge of PyCharm & PyTorch packages in Python to develop ML models.
Data analysis and machine learning techniques implementation.

Skills:

Strong coding skills in Python, SQL.
Experienced in large language models (LLM) and deep learning.
Experienced in vehicle HIL such as INCA, VSPY, d-SPACE, etc.
Root cause analysis, algorithm development.
Vehicle integration & demonstration.

Qualification:

Master or PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
