Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Work Schedule: Evening shift – Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all factory equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install new electrical equipment and circuits according to electrical code standards
• Participate in regular equipment inspection rounds (checklist)
• Contribute to the investigation and resolution of recurring equipment issues
• Follow and adhere to ISO-9001 procedures
• Perform any other related tasks
Required Education/Experience:
• College diploma (DEC) in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or equivalent qualification
• Possession of an electrical license C
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and technical plans, and draw conclusions
• Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex issues with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automatic control systems
• Proficiency in TIG, arc, and stick welding
• Strong experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
Skills and Certifications
• Possession of an electrical license C
• College diploma (DEC) in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
Ideal Candidate
Multicrafting professional with experience in the field, including exposure to welding, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. An Electrical License C is mandatory.
