Job Description:

· 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering experience, ideally in an electro-mechanical, industrial procust manufacturing assembly environment

· Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking - Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.

· Improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.

· high volume and high mix production environment

· VSM

· Video based time studies

· VA / NVA / RNVA analysis

· Line Balancing Studies using Yamazumi charts

· SOP, Work Instructions

· capacity calculation, manpower utilization and cell utilization

· Analyse bottleneck in the process, understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance

· Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process

· Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labour cost

· Implementing the Process improvements

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
