Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance to automotive clients on a variety of projects, including vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and, importantly, ideation.
• Lead teams in evaluating and enhancing automotive products and processes, with a strong focus on innovation and ideation.
• Delve deep into assessments and benchmarking to uncover areas where creative thinking can drive improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement imaginative solutions that elevate product performance, trim costs, and boost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to clients.
• Skillfully translate insights into comprehensive reports and presentations that captivate and inspire action.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, especially those tied to ideation.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• An exceptional ideation specialist with expertise in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and the ability to infuse creativity into problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated exploratory, innovative mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements. This may include local and domestic travel.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to work on our government contracts

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
