Job Title: Senior Electrical Cost Estimator Consultant (Automotive Components)
Location: Auburn Hills, MI

As a Senior Electrical Cost Estimator Consultant at Munro and Associates, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide industry-leading solutions in the automotive sector. We are seeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in electrical cost estimation, with a strong focus on automotive systems, including electric vehicle controlling electronics and drive systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success costing a range of electronic/electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive expertise to consult on cost estimation for automotive components and systems. Specialize in electric vehicle controlling electronics, HV systems, drive motors and electronics/infotainment systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate cost estimates and provide strategic recommendations.
Analyze manufacturing processes to optimize cost efficiencies and offer consultancy on process improvements.
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and provide clients with actionable insights.
Present cost estimation findings and consulting recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in cost estimation, specifically in automotive electronic components and systems.
Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements. This may include local and domestic travel.
