Sr. Process Engineer

"Design experience in Process Engineering of MOC or Brownfield projects ISBL & OSBL of Refinery, Petrochemical. Sound execution knowledge of various process deliverables and interface required with other disciplines. Should have worked PreFEED /FEED / Detail Engineering Projects. Quick in execution, generating technical queries,  Should be very sharp in communication and co-ordination.

Should have good working experience with Process softwares like AspenPlus, Hysys, PROII, FlareNet, KORF, AFT, HTRI etc. Experience in transient / dynamic simulation  will be an advantage. Review and the work of Process Engineers and guide them as required."

  • Design and Development
    :
    • Design and develop various oil and gas facilities, including production facilities, liquids gathering/separation, flare/combustion, water collection-processing facilities, pump stations, VRUs, gas dehydration, pipelines, injection facilities and gas processing plants.
    • Design and implement detailed plans for new facilities or improving existing ones.
    • Proficient in complex pipeline system modeling.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Evaluate and improve the performance of existing facilities to optimize production while minimizing costs.
    • Analyze production and performance data, identify process restrictions and extraneous system pressure, and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Ensure facilities comply with all applicable industry standards and best practices.
    • Knowledgeable, competent and current in industry and regulatory standards including: ASME, ANSI, Federal and State of Wyoming oil & gas regulations, API, OHSA, and NACE.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage projects to meet operational specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
    • Coordinate the activities of engineering, construction and design groups, internal and external.
    • Project management certifications are an asset.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
    • Collaborate with internal production and operations teams, area superintendents, and construction personnel.
    • Act as a liaison between internal and external project groups.
    • Address concerns, provide updates, and ensure that project deliverables align with stakeholder expectations.
    • Work with 3rd party midstream partners to align objectives, determine schedules and deliver products with shared deadlines.
    • Evaluate, collaborate, and undertake projects with external construction companies and manage construction costs.
  1. Must have oil and gas refinery or chemical refinery experience
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
